For the past 15 years I’ve worked as cabin crew, mainly in the Middle East. Irregular working hours, long trips away and a conservative dating culture has made it difficult to maintain a relationship. I have had two very long term relationships, one with a man who changed his mind about having children and another who had serious mental health problems, this relationship finally ended 2 months ago.
For the last 4 years I have been re-training to be a lawyer and will complete the LPC in 2 months, I am on track to receive a distinction. I also volunteer in the Crown court on days off, assisting intimidated witnesses. I am very busy and ambitious, I own my own home and feel I have a lot to offer a child. I am very aware that as I get older having a healthy child will be harder and I feel it would be unfair to deprive a child of a father by going down the sperm donor route.
I come from a very loving and supportive family and my parents would love to be grandparents, they are wonderful people and it worries me that I might not have a child in time for them to build a relationship. I am a kind, hard working and empathetic person and would commit to being a fantastic parent. I am looking for an equally hard working and ambitious co-parent.
