Myself and my partner are looking for a sperm donor. It’s non negotiable for us to have the identity of the donor so wound up here vs sperm bank! Ideally, the donor would be open to communication throughout the child’s life starting at whatever age the child is inclined to want communication. We will be explaining the fact that they are donor conceived from as soon as they understand language - then following their lead on how much involvement they would like with the donor!
