Hello, I am ready to have a child. I am open to being an egg donor and/or surrogate, my only request is that I be a part of the child(ren)s lives. My fiance is also willing to donate sperm, we ask we both be a part of the child(rens) lives.

I would like to know the donors previous children that he has conceived with other people so that any children I have can know their siblings. I would like to have the father and siblings keep in regular contact.
