My husband and I started trying to get pregnant last year. My gynecologist recommended getting fertility testing done due to my husband's disease. When we got testing done, it turns out that my husband is virtually sterile. If we want to proceed with getting pregnant, even with IUI or IVF, we need a donor because he does not have any healthy sperm.
