Hi there! New to the co-parenting community and looking for a single woman that doesn’t have children (ideal) but I’m open to other parenting arrangements.
I’m a medium-build, bald, Black male that values faith, personal hygiene, emotional/financial/mental stability, and physical fitness. I am from a military family that moved frequently and was no stranger to creating an extended “family” no matter what country/state we lived in. I fully embrace the sentiment of the ancient African proverb that it takes a village to raise a child. I am an Analyst and hold two graduate degrees. I would describe myself as kind, mindful, patient, pertinacious, and goal oriented. I’m a self-sufficient homeowner with an infectious laugh and fundamentally positive outlook on life. The most important qualities in my ideal coparent are communication, patience, positivity, intelligence, and stability.
As a former public-school teacher, I’ve seen children that don’t get the love and support that they need to flourish. Becoming a father will be a dream come true and an opportunity to share the love, discipline, and wisdom that I have acquired over the course of my life. I welcome replies from women of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds and am happy to discuss family medical history, and the like, if we are compatible and reach that point. Partnerships are powerful agencies, but only when both parties are communicating effectively and working together for a common goal.
Keep smiling as you pursue your goal; it’s not going to be easy, but it will be worth it! I look forward to a great conversation if this post resonates with you.
