I have come to the understanding that this will be quite a long process. I started researching my fertility options after i was diagnosed with PCOS in my mid 30’s. Since then I have undergone acupuncture treatment to reverse the condition and have even done egg harvesting back in 2016 bc my own egg reserve was still quite high for that age. However, that doesn't mean a high quality bc your eggs age along with the rest of your body.
