Myself and my wife have been extremely lucky in the IVF process and have one child now.

We weren't so lucky the second time around and we're now unable to rely on the NHS to help us with becoming pregnant again.

We're looking for help with growing our family and we're thinking about looking for a sperm donor outside the clinical environment.
