I'm a dual citizen US/UK, and an Electronic and Computer engineer, currently in the UK to complete my MEng degree. I'm planning to be around until mid-Summer, but it's looking like I might get a PhD offer, in which case I would be here for several more years.
I'm disease/drug/alcohol free, tall (190cm), smart, and I've never had any serious illnesses. My family has no history of genetic disorders. I've had my DNA sequenced via 23andme, and I am willing to share that data with you if you're interested. I also have up-to-date clean STI test and proof of fertility. Lastly, while I am not a twin, my mother was, and so there are slightly increased odds of a twin pregnancy.
As my field and likely profession are both heavily male-dominated, I'm not certain I'll have a good opportunity to get married in the near future and have kids of my own. Considering that, I'm trying this out to see if I can help someone else start their own family.
I'm not looking to be deeply involved in the child's life, if at all - my ideal would be to receive the occasional picture, but otherwise not have any responsibilities or authority over the child. As I've returned to studenthood, financially supporting a child is not something I can currently afford.
I'm willing to travel within reason, and especially if you're local, I'll be able to make for a reliable donor. For legal reasons, I would prefer to work with a married couple, but I am willing to work with an unmarried woman as well, so long as you're willing to go through an HFEA-certified clinic.
If you think I might be a match for you, please get in touch and I'd be happy to discuss it further. I'm open to meeting up face-to-face or chatting over the phone if you would like to vet me further.
