I'm a trans male married to my beautiful wife. We have a 5 year old boy from my wife's previous relationship and really want to give him a sibling or 2. We have both wanted more kids from the beginning just haven't been able to find anyone to help. Unfortunately we can't afford to go private or through the NHS. We have had friends say they will help in the past but have dropped out or decided against it in the end.
