I'm a doctoral researcher studying neuroscience, got divorced (finalized six months ago) and I don't want to wait and see if I meet another potential co-parent before having a kid.

I'm not *quite* ready (going on the job market as a professor, hopefully starting in summer 2022), but could be looking for as soon as spring 2023.

I'm not picky about much as far as sperm donor goes; mostly I just want someone who is a decent guy and who won't be an asshole to my kid if my kid decides to contact their donor once they're old enough. I am not looking for a co-parent here.
