I am first generation Norwegian, born and raised in the midwest from a big family with traditional values. Spent a lot of my youth enjoying the outdoors, soccer, and guitar. Academically inclined in math, physics, and architecture. Avid hiker and exercise 5 days a week and do not smoke or drink. Culinary enthusiast for healthy eating and holistic self care.
