Having thought for a long time, and spoken to a work colleague who has gone through the search for a donor (I didn't breach the trust of our friendship by offering, but I'm now wondering if that was the intention of our chats? I'll never know) I've decided to take the first steps by joining this site, seeing if there is a mutual trust and deciding on the next steps together.

I'm 5.11, spent a long time in the forces as an engineer, currently living the dream as an aeronautical engineer. I have 2 wonderful children a boy and girl who are awesome. I've a good life, hoping to help if I can.
