We are a lesbian couple starting our fertility journey. We are looking for someone who is willing to donate sperm. The ideal person would be willing to be in our future child's life in the role of a "fun uncle" or something similar. We would go through an official process, which includes testing, legal contracts, and donation at a sperm bank. I am Irish-Italian-American and my wife is Puerto Rican-Jewish, so we are (ideally) interested in someone that shares some sort of common heritage with one of us, but that isn't a deal breaker. We are currently living in Italy but that is temporary.
