I'm a married, queer, Black woman that was born and raised on the south side of Chicago. My wife and I met in Milwaukee, her hometown, while attending Marquette University. We came back to Illinois to get our master degrees, and now we both work for the state, advocating for youth wellness and development in our respective fields.

We began our family planning journey in 2017 and quickly found that there are many barriers for same sex couples. Those barriers were compounded by my wife's struggle with PCOS and infertility. We've looked into many avenues for trying to conceive and we believe meeting a donor is the best option for us.

Our life together is full of family, traveling, adventuring, and learning new things. We've been to seven countries together, over 20 concerts, frequented countless museums, art installations and historical sites. We have so much to be grateful for, and we hope to have a little one to share it with.

We're looking for a donor who is loving, athletic, and thoughtful. It's our goal to raise an empathetic, imaginative, and brave human to contribute some light to this world. A donor that supports that goal would be ideal.
