We are a married lesbian couple looking to grow our family. We have been married for a year and a half and have a 7 year old. We do have a legal document that will need to be signed and notarized stating that the donor will have no legal right to any child/children that come from donation, as we both will be listed on the birth certificate. We are not opposed to donor having contact with child/children as Uncle/Friend, but there will be no fatherly role. As far as donation, intercourse will not be method of donation, as we are both not comfortable with that. We are pretty much an open book, any questions are welcome.
