Hi, my name is Marliss and my partner is named Kai. We've been married for almost 2 years and are looking to expand our family! We are both gainfully employed, I have a BA in Art and Kai has a MBA. In addition we own a small business creating greeting cards, pins, and stickers.

We are fun loving, laid back people who enjoy a good book, a good body of water, or a good gin and tonic as frequently as we can. We are not religious, and would consider a donor of any race or ethnicity - preferring to start with someone who resembles Kai (white, light brown hair, hazel eyes). We are looking for someone who is interested in AI or shipping only and this is an important sticking point we hope you can respect. Our ideal donor would be reliable, flexible, and communicative with recent proof of STD/HIV status testing.

We are lucky to have a large extended family in the area that cannot wait for a grand child, great-grand child, and great-great-grand child to spoil (Kai's great-grandmother is 94!). My extended family is not as involved in my life and this child will have limited engagement with both of my parents unless they agree to a very strict set of appropriate activities, actions, and words. They were not necessarily poor parents, but they advocate spanking, circumcision, and other questionable practices to which I'd rather not expose my child .
