My wife and I would like to have a baby together. I am a primary school teacher and my wife is a social worker. We are both well educated. We own our home and would like to find a donor that will help us achieve our dream. I will be carrying the baby.

We are looking for a donor that will stick with us on our journey until successful.

- I am healthy.
- My hormones and egg reserve have been checked which came back all good.
- Full bloods taken, showed no concern.
- Sexual health checks completed, again all good.

We are looking for AI only and not to co-parent. However, of course we will notify you when I get pregnant, and also when the baby is born. It is hoped that you would be happy to meet our child when they are 18 if they choose to.

You:
- Ideally blue eyes, brown / black hair and Caucasian. However, we can be flexible for the right donor on eye colour.
- No history of any genetic disorder. Please be honest if you, or any of your extended family, have identified genetic disorders such as cystic fibrosis, down syndrome, huntington’s disease, phenylketonuria, hemoglobinopathies, such as sickle cell anemia and thalassemia, spinal muscular atrophy, tay sachs or fragile X syndrome.
- Recent (within last 2 weeks or willing to have new testing) and proven sexual health screening, including HIV/AIDS, gonorrhoea, Hep B and C, and if possible Human T cell lymphotropic viruses (known to cause a type of cancer).

- Be willing to sign a sperm donor contract outlining that you are willing to give up all of your legal and financial responsibilities.

- Must be reliable and committed.

- Live within 70 miles from West London.
