Me and my wife has tried to have a baby for over a year. I have pcos so it's harder for me to get pregnant. I have tried two iui and both failed and I don't have money to do ivf. I have to take injection medicine to get my follicles to grow and I gota do a trigger shot and that's alot of money so I'm asking someone to please help us with sperm please..
