Hi, I’m a gay man originally from Zimbabwe, now based in the UK. I have a background in Humanities and have been fortunate to work across countries like Zimbabwe, South Africa, and India in the international development space. My work has focused on social change, community development, and human rights—causes I deeply care about.
One of my proudest achievements has been starting an NGO that supports LGBTQ+ rights back home in Zimbabwe. I was also selected for an international social change program, where I’ve continued to volunteer and mentor new participants—something that’s brought a lot of meaning to my life.
These days, I work in the healthcare sector in the UK. I’m also a writer and editor, with a few published works and creative projects under my belt. I really enjoy thoughtful conversations, storytelling, and anything that expands my view of the world.
Oh—and I’m sort of a polyglot! I’ve picked up several languages over the years through travel and work… though full disclosure: my accent in some of them might make native speakers wince (or laugh kindly). I like to think I get points for effort and enthusiasm.
I’d describe myself as friendly, curious, and passionate about people. I love to travel, spend time with loved ones, and I’m very family-oriented. I believe children thrive in homes filled with love, honesty, and laughter.
I’m hoping to co-parent with someone kind, emotionally grounded, and open to raising a child in a thoughtful, supportive, and collaborative way. If that resonates with you, I’d be really happy to connect.
