I am a big believer in found family and community, and I love the idea of building a 'village' around a child, giving them the opportunity to learn from and be cared for by different folks.

I have worked as a childcare provider and found a lot of joy in that work, but left to advance my career and put myself in a position where I could have my own children. My parents are separated but live locally and would be very supportive, as would my two sisters. I have 4 niblings 3 and under who all live nearby, and several close friends with young kids.

I am confidently capable of solo parenting but I would also love to find someone (or a couple) who wants to be involved in this child's life in some capacity. I am happy to chat and get to know you! Please note - racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny or ableism won't be tolerated.
