- I have a full-time job
- I have medical insurance
- I have a three bedroom townhome in a great community with great schools.
- I come from a great family
- Looking to conceive naturally since that is magic but willing to do IVF if that fails.
- I have a 23 and Me DNA report for serious co-parents.
- Also will hire in-home help to take pressure of the new parents :)
- Willing to pay for a mommy makeover after birth too.
