Hi,my preferences for a donor is the following:

*Has to be willing to do a STD test followed by a follow up STD test
*Provide a family medical health history (yourself,kids,parents &grandparents)
*Provide your blood type
*Preferably age 21 o 35
*Provide a picture
*And if possible a public meet up lunch to discuss the process and setup of the donation
