I an a 47 year single gay man of Anglo-Indian heritage living in London. Originally from the Caribbean, I've been in the UK since 1983 and consider myself a Londoner. Most of my close family live in Trinidad but are often in London and I have a close group of friends, including 5 god-children who I see regularly and with who I have close and affectionate ties.

I've been interested in parenthood for some time but a combination of circumstances and fear have got in the way. In the recent years I've done a lot of work to really understand both what I want and am able to offer and feel more than ever ready to enter into a parenting role. I am interested in co-parenting with a single woman or lesbian couple who are looking for an equal partner in raising hopefully more than one child. My ideas of parenting include regular access as well as input into primary decisions about the welfare and life-structure of our children and I expect to contribute equally to the costs of child rearing.
