We have spent £1000s with fertility clinics doing artificial insemination (happy to show proof). I have attempted ivf but through personal fear couldn’t go ahead.

Same sex couple no fertility issues just the most common one which is lack of sperm.
Not looking for donor sperm, just deposit not any sexual nature.
Please help.
