We are a lesbian couple that have been together for 18 years & married for nearly 11.

We are looking for a donor to help us to complete our family & give our child a sibling. We don't want any contact or help from the donor in the upbringing of a future child. What is important to us though is that your happy for the child to contact you once they are 18 years old or above if he/she chooses to do so. We feel that if we were conceived in this way that at some point in our life we would want to know more about the kind person who helped to give us life, ( who wouldn't ). We feel that most people would want to find out about their blood line & roots. We would hate for our child to come to us with questions about their donor that we could never give them answers to. This way we can give them support & point them in the right direction to find out more.
